Founded by Zach Lindstrom over a decade ago, Xtreme Coatings was built on observing a frustrating industry trend: homeowners and businesses were paying for concrete coatings that peeled and bubbled after just one Minnesota winter.
The problem was rarely the product itself. The problem was the preparation. Zach realized that if you treat floor preparation as a strict, non-negotiable science, the coatings will hold permanently. That realization became the foundation of our company. Every single project starts with dustless diamond grinding. We do not use acid washes or cheap sanding methods. Diamond grinding removes surface laitance, opens the concrete pores, and ensures that our coatings achieve a permanent mechanical bond. Shortcuts in prep lead to peeling floors. We do not take them.
Professional-Grade Materials
We strictly specify materials from industry leaders like Lab Surface, Torginol, and Surecrete. These are not consumer-grade big-box store kits. They are professional polyaspartic, polyurea, and epoxy systems engineered to withstand harsh Minnesota winters, road salts, and chemical spills.

We respect your time and your property. Because we plan the preparation correctly upfront and utilize advanced fast-curing polyaspartic topcoats, we are able to complete the majority of our residential and commercial projects within a strict two-day turnaround without ever sacrificing quality.

Warranty: Xtreme Coatings provides a written workmanship warranty covering installation on all flake, metallic, solid color, and polyaspartic/polyurea systems, in addition to manufacturer-backed product warranties from Torginol, Lab Surface, and Surecrete.
