Epoxy Floor Installation

Standard epoxy installation is the foundation of everything we do. We use Sherwin-Williams epoxy systems applied over a properly ground concrete surface, producing a hard, seamless, chemical-resistant finish that works in garages, basements, commercial kitchens, and light industrial spaces.

The process starts with dustless diamond grinding, which removes surface laitance, old coatings, and contamination so the epoxy can bond at the pore level rather than just sitting on top of the concrete. A full flake system covers the entire floor surface with Torginol vinyl flakes broadcast into the epoxy base coat, then sealed under a clear polyaspartic topcoat. The result is a decorative, non-slip surface that hides minor imperfections in the concrete and wears extremely well under foot traffic and vehicle loads.

Full flake is the most popular finish we install for residential garages in the Milaca area. Partial Flake Epoxy System
